About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and proactive individual to join our team as a Hostel Support Worker. In this role, you will help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our residents while supporting the aims and values of the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure residents comply with the agreed conditions of the premises.
- Patrol and monitor all areas regularly, ensuring safety and security procedures are followed.
- Challenge and address behaviour that conflicts with the hostel's aims, including handling complaints appropriately.
- Maintain accurate records of events and incidents.
- Carry out cleaning duties, including washing and drying bed linen.
- Complete administrative tasks (manual and computerised), such as filing, photocopying, and processing invoices for manager approval.
- Provide personal care when required.
