Patcham High is seeking an Early Intervention Attendance Practitioner to join our pastoral and student support team at the outer outskirts of Brighton.

The role focuses on monitoring attendance, building strong relationships with young people and families, and removing barriers to regular attendance.

The post is fixed-term until 31 August 2027, 37 hours per week, 8am-4pm Mon-Thu and 8am-3.30pm Fri, term-time only, with a starting salary of £24,380 per annum.
