Key responsibilities

• Diagnose issues on arrival and carry out carpentry and joinery repairs to a high standard.
• Install new fixtures, fittings and fittings and manage materials and vehicle stock responsibly.
• Maintain accurate records of work and ensure all work follows health and safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with residents, colleagues and support teams, keeping residents informed and maintaining a respectful approach in people’s homes.
• Work independently or as part of a wider team and support the development of apprentices where appropriate.

• Required skills and experience
