The predicted salary is between 29064 - 31022 £ per year.
Salary: £29,064 - £31,022 pro rata, part time, term time.
Contract: Permanent, part‑time, 31.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 3:15 pm with a 30‑minute unpaid break.
Start date: September 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect students from class when called upon by teachers and place them in senior teachers’ classrooms in line with the school’s behaviour policy.
- Supervise students placed in the Reflection room, ensuring they remain engaged and focused on work set by staff.
- Work under the instruction or guidance of teaching or senior staff to undertake work, care or support programmes, enabling access to learning for students and assisting teachers in managing students and the classroom; work may be carried out in the classroom or outside the main teaching area.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Suitable candidates will have experience supervising referrals and supporting students, including those with special educational needs.
- A suitable DBS check is required and the successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
- The post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
