Job description
Educational Psychologists (Full-time or Part-time Permanent posts). The service delivers more than statutory work and is embedded in SEND Reform developments. The role values innovation and is part of service improvements. You will work creatively with colleagues in a range of applied educational psychology work in a multi‑disciplinary context.
The role focuses on early identification and intervention. You will work with a team that supports local strategies, projects and developments including Education & Learning Inclusion working groups, Anti‑Racist Strategy, Autism in Schools, Support Bases, and mental health support across age stages. EPs work collaboratively with Brighton & Hove Inclusion Support Service teams (early years, autism, language, VI & deafness, literacy and SEMH) and with all special schools and specialist provisions.
Year 2 and 3 trainee Educational Psychologists are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications & Requirements
All practising Educational Psychologists in the UK must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). The role requires experience in early identification and intervention work and a commitment to inclusion and anti‑racism practices.
