Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver complex high‑profile housing refurbishment projects.
- Develop specifications, pricing documents and tender documents for construction projects.
- Monitor project costs and ensure delivery within budget.
- Manage all elements of construction projects, consulting residents, consultants and contractors, primarily within council‑owned high‑rise stock.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and maintain high standards of resident satisfaction.
- Communicate and negotiate effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
The role is essential to maintain council housing stock, ensuring resident satisfaction and preventing properties falling into disrepair.
