Responsibilities
- Care for up to 5 children with complex disabilities at Rainbow Lodge.
- Provide personal care, promote health, support education, and ensure emotional and social development.
- Work with children, parents, special schools, social workers and health professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
- Participate in day‑to‑day care, planning, and performance of care activities, including play, leisure and learning opportunities.
- Manage challenging behaviours and complex health needs, demonstrating resilience, flexibility, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
- Collaborate with the Specialist Community Disability Service team and other staff to provide effective support.
