Job Description:
Peter Gladwin is looking to appoint an adaptable, resilient and reflective Teaching Assistant to join our staff team. Responsibilities include:
- Working with children with high needs (e.g., with an education health care plan and/or medical needs).
- Supporting learning in class.
- Delivering individual and group intervention programmes across the primary age range.
Recent experience of supporting primary‑aged pupils with a range of needs including ASC, cognition & learning, and SEMH is desirable. An adaptable, resilient and reflective teaching style is required.
