You will be required to scout a specific region (either London or West Sussex) and on occasions be required to attend the American Express Elite Football Performance Centre in Lancing. Proficiency in using modern scouting databases and digital tools is essential, enabling you to track, assess, and report on potential talent with accuracy and insight.
