To support the continued growth of our maintenance operations across our venues, we are introducing a brand-new role who will supervise and mentor our on-site maintenance technicians and trade apprentices, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture. You will utilise computerised maintenance management systems (currently 24/7 CMMS) to log, assign, track and close work orders, assets, inspections and defect reports. Could this be you? We are seeking a motivated, hands-on supervisory professional who thrives in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. You will be a natural problem solver who leads by example, maintains composure under pressure and takes pride in delivering exceptional work. You will have an all-round building maintenance knowledge (building fabric, MEP services, HVAC, BMS). Ideally you will have experience working within large, multi-functional, high-occupancy venues or sports facilities.
