In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure every 17‑seater, 9‑seater, and van in our fleet stays roadworthy, compliant, and optimised for cost and efficiency, while championing a culture where safety is second nature for both our professional drivers and our “grey fleet” colleagues using their own vehicles for club activities.
You’ll also play a key leadership role, providing direction and day‑to‑day support to our team of four part‑time drivers.
Through clear communication, consistent coaching, and a forward‑thinking mindset, you’ll help shape a transport operation that is resilient, future‑ready, and always centred around people.
