You will have a comprehensive understanding the academy functions, mastering everything from FA audit compliance to football business and budget management. More than just a manager, you are an exceptional communicator who drives a culture of continuous improvement, balancing this ambition with a pragmatic, humble approach. To be successful in this role you must hold FA Safeguarding Children certificate, and ideally UEFA A License.
