Hours: 35 hours per week plus all home matches (5 included in contract, after 5 matches lieu time is accrued)

Help us deliver a world-class ticketing experience

This role oversees the Men’s First Team and U21’s home match setup, parking sales, and the distribution of away tickets. You will manage the Amex access control system, leading the administration and testing of NFC ticketing for Google and Apple. Additionally, you will lead ticketing for the Women’s First Team, managing season tickets and events. This role includes working onsite for Women’s Super League fixtures, conducting end-of-game reconciliations, staff briefing and liaison with Crawley Town FC.

This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about systems and enjoys finding innovative solutions to challenges. Ideally you will have experience of back-office systems. If you have a sharp eye for detail and a talent for numbers, we’d love to hear from you!
