As the Player Education Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating the educational careers and lifestyle curriculum for Girls Academy players. You will lead the full delivery of the BTEC Level 2/3 Extended Diploma in Sport and BTEC National qualifications to eligible students. Additionally, you will monitor player grades and academic progress, providing comprehensive educational reports to relevant Girls Academy staff.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and evaluate the educational careers and lifestyle curriculum for Girls Academy players.
  • Lead the delivery of the BTEC Level 2/3 Extended Diploma in Sport and BTEC National qualifications to eligible students.
  • Monitor player grades and academic progress; provide comprehensive educational reports to relevant Girls Academy staff.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Teaching experience within Key Stage 4 and 5.
  • Active champion of a safeguarding culture.
  • Strong understanding of the developmental, emotional, social, and educational issues of children and young people.
  • QTS qualified and BTEC Level 3 Teacher qualified.
