Role: Operations Executive (Boy’s Academy)

Hours: Full time, including some evenings and weekends

Location: American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, Lancing, BN15 9FP

Contract Type: Permanent

Join Our Boy’s Academy

In this role, you will work closely with the Academy Operations Manager on all operational needs, including coordinating fixtures, assisting with audits, and managing the academy scheduling platform. You will coordinate refereeing schedules, player/parent/carer workshops, player reviews, inductions, and scouting. Attendance at home and away fixtures across various age groups is required.

About You

You should be an exceptional communicator, both in writing and in person. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines is essential. Experience within a professional sporting environment in a related operational role is preferred.
