Over a two-year fixed-term contract starting in September 2025, interns will rotate through various departments, gaining experience in both on-pitch and off-pitch operations. For this year’s intake, we will be offering two positions.\\n\\nAs we are based in the Sussex, the successful candidates must reside within a commutable distance of both the American Express Stadium in Brighton and our American Express Elite Football Performance Centre in Lancing.\\n\\nNo prior work experience No problem!

You’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of what happens both on and off the pitch – from connecting with our loyal fans to exploring the operational and business facets of running a Premier League football club.\\n\\nThe mandatory rotational departments will include:\\n\\n- Coaching\\n\\n- Sports turf and pitch performance\\n\\n- Supporter services\\n\\n- A fourth rotation, tailored to your strengths and interests\\n\\nIn addition to these hands-on experiences, you’ll have the chance to pursue relevant qualifications and will be paired with a mentor from our brilliant management team to guide and support you throughout your journey.\\n\\nThere’s no need to worry if you’re not an expert in any of these areas or unsure about where your passions lie.
