Join our award-winning customer service team for the 2025/26 season! We are on the hunt for a pool of candidates to help us deliver legendary customer service experiences for our amazing fan base. You will play a crucial part in ensuring our fans have an unforgettable matchday experience, from processing bookings on the phone to serving fans at our ticket collect booths. Our fans are at the heart of everything we do, and we pride ourselves on making every matchday truly memorable.

We are also looking for a Matchday Supporter Services Assistant to join our corporate sales team. In this role, you will handle general enquiries from our 1901 Club members regarding matchday experiences and ticketing.
