Deliver a world-class service to our loyal fans In this role you will co-ordinate the whole mail order process through to the dispatch of parcels, including picking and packing. You will also be responsible for printing names and numbers on shirts for online orders and liaising with the courier company regarding any customer address or redelivery enquiries. A core part of the role will be dealing with all customer enquiries over the phone and via email, acting as the first point of contact for complaints, and offering high-class customer service at all times to increase the company’s growth.
