Deliver a standout service to our fans
From delivering a warm welcome to printing custom names and numbers on shirts, processing sales, and keeping displays looking tidy, you will make every fan interaction special. You will also take on keyholder duties, assist with stock deliveries, and help keep operations running seamlessly. This role will work across both our stadium megastore and Churchill Square store.
Your customer service experience
We are looking for a proactive, fan-focused individual who brings energy to the shop floor and stays calm under matchday pressure. You should have:
- Experience working in a busy retail customer service environment (sports retail experience is a bonus!)
- Direct experience handling cash, up-selling products, and operating EPOS & stock control systems
- Excellent communication skills to include an excellent telephone manner and empathy skills
