About Brighton & Hove Albion FC

Shape the future of football performance
This is a unique role where you will help us take cutting-edge AI prototypes and turn them into robust, production-ready applications. You will not be expected to know everything on day one. Instead, you will work directly alongside experienced cloud architects who will support your growth. Your primary goal is to learn how to productionise software: taking code that works in the Cloud, test it, and follow through the steps to make it scalable, secure, and reliable.
About you
If you have a solid grounding in computing basics, a passion for sports, and an interest in how AI is changing the football industry, we want to hear from you. This role is focused on applying Data Analytics and AI to football performance. You will have familiarity with AI and machine learning and a foundational understanding of cloud computing.

In appreciation for your hard work and dedication, we are pleased to offer you a range of additional benefits, including but not limited to:
- Complimentary breakfast and lunch at both sites
- 23 days holiday rising with length of service (pro rata for part time staff)
- Rewards platform, which includes access to 900 retailers, a wellbeing centre and more!
- Enhanced family policies
- Access to a gym and padel court at our training ground
- Priority access to match tickets and access to free WSL tickets for 2025/26 season
- In-house training programme and CPD opportunities
- Exclusive discounts and benefits from our partners and local businesses
