Join our Girls’ Academy for the 26/27 season and beyond! We are looking for a dynamic coach to plan, prepare, deliver, and evaluate training sessions and matches on a weekly basis. You will complete session plans prior to every session in conjunction with the syllabus. You will also support with our girls’ academy players individual development plan process for each player in the primary age-group you’re working with.
Most of the sessions will be during the evenings and weekends, so you must have a flexible approach to your working hours.
Your coaching background
You must be enthusiastic about player development in the younger ages, providing a high-support, high-challenge mindset towards coaching. You will have extensive knowledge and experience of the football industry, and previous experience working with academy players.
To be successful in this role you must hold the following qualifications:
- UEFA ‘B’ Licence
- Valid FA Safeguarding Certificate
- Valid FA Emergency Aid Certificate
