Job Description

Role: Fleet Administrator

Hours: We are looking for someone to work around 28 hours per week. This will include evening and weekend working.

Location: American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, Lancing, BN15 9FP

Contract Type: Hourly paid, casual

Deadline Day: 9th September 2025

Join us in driving the success of our fleet operations

In this role, you'll support in planning and publishing weekly transport schedules and routes, ensuring every journey is fully staffed with drivers and chaperones. You'll also play a key part in monitoring club transport arrivals and departures to keep everything running smoothly and on time.

About you

Are you highly organised, with excellent IT skills Are you able to remain calm under pressure

Ideally you will have previous experience in a coordination or logistics role. You’ll be someone with strong organisational and communication skills as the role requires managing different stakeholders across the club.
