Role: Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Manager
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week plus matchdays (time in lieu after 5 games)
Location: American Express Stadium, Brighton

Role purpose and responsibilities
Help us to inspire change and make an impact. You will be part of the team leading the Club\’s equality, diversity and inclusion goals and strategies. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with sustainability audits. You will build and maintain external networks to keep our approach fresh, innovative, and industry-leading. You will use data to measure, monitor and report the Club\’s impact across departments, driving positive culture and change where required.
About you
We are looking for someone who is passionate about driving strategies and leading a sustainable culture. You will be a confident, engaging communicator, comfortable collaborating across a wide range of teams. You will have an excellent understanding of safeguarding legislation and practical implementation in accordance with club policies and processes. Strong organisational and administrative skills are a must, ensuring you can keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.
