You will manage and grow relationships with global brands, lead high-impact activations, and help shape how partners show up across one of the most watched leagues in world sport. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where you will own the end-to-end delivery of partnership rights and work closely with brands to turn objectives into smart, measurable activations.

Why this role stands out:

  • You will shape activation plans, not only service contracts.
  • You will work at a Premier League club with a clear commercial vision.
  • You will see your work come to life on matchdays, across broadcast, digital, and live events.
  • You will have a pathway to progress in your career.

You will not sit behind a spreadsheet ticking boxes. You will:

  • Act as the day-to-day lead for partner accounts.
  • Advise brands on how to use their assets more effectively.
  • Plan and deliver activations across matchdays, media days, community projects, and premium events.
  • Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Spot upsell and renewal opportunities and feed into commercial strategy.
What makes you a strong fit:
  • Around two years’ experience in partnerships or account management within sport or a sports marketing agency.
  • Proven experience delivering contractual rights and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Confidence working directly with brands and advising on activation strategy.
  • Organised, calm under pressure, and strong on detail.
