As the Brand & Fan Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role within the Marketing department, responsible for stewarding the club’s brand through elevating the total fan experience. You will act as the key driver for matchday activations, events, ensuring alignment with the club's brand pillars and 2030 vision. By fostering collaboration between internal teams and external partners, you will deliver meaningful engagement that resonates with fans of all ages, supports our commitment to social responsibility, and generates sustainable commercial revenue.
Your background
We are looking for a collaborative, curious, and values-driven leader who brings energy and passion to creating unforgettable fan experiences. You will have experience in an events marketing role, ideally with experience of large venue events (preferably within sports). You will have excellent organisational and event communications skills, with the ability to balance, simultaneously, strategic challenges with everyday execution.
