This role is central to embedding a psychologically informed approach that enhances both player wellbeing and elite performance.

Working closely with the coaching team, you will help cultivate a high-performance culture, influencing practice at a system, cultural, training, team and individual level.

Alongside your direct impact on players, you will act as a strategic partner across the club, leading staff education, delivering wellbeing initiatives, and managing the academy psychology team.
