Key Responsibilities

• Own the still image output of the creative studio.
• Act as creative lead on elevating the club's photography through new and innovative creative techniques.
• Constantly test new formats, styles and mixed-media approaches, from grading and composition through to AI-assisted and generative workflows.
• Run the full operational scope of the photography function day to day: match and training coverage across every team and age group, portraiture and commercial shoots, community and matchday requests, and the systems, archiving and people management that keep the whole function running.
