Own the still image output of the creative studio
You will act as creative lead on where we can elevate the club's photography through new and innovative creative techniques. This means constantly testing new formats, styles and mixed-media approaches, from grading and composition through to AI-assisted and generative workflows, to keep the club's imagery evolving.
Alongside that creative remit, the role runs the full operational scope of the photography function day to day: match and training coverage across every team and age group, portraiture and commercial shoots, community and matchday requests, and the systems, archiving and people management that keep the whole function running.
What we are looking for in a candidate

Above all, you bring a relentlessly creative mindset. We want an innovator who is eager to experiment with mixed media and confidently push the boundaries of our current visual style.
So we could get a flavour of your work, it would be great if you could include a link to your portfolio on your CV.
