About Brighton & Hove Albion FC
We compete at the highest levels of football on a global stage while embracing our Sussex community spirit. At the heart of everything we do is our commitment to high performance, professional excellence, and making a positive impact.
Play your part behind the scenes
This role plays a key part in creating a safe and world-class environment for thousands of supporters on matchdays.
Your matchday duties will include:
- Setting up and preparing stadium equipment, facilities, and public areas to elite Premier League standards.
- Carrying out essential cleaning, deep-cleaning, and event preparation across public and staff spaces.
- Executing weather-related safety measures to ensure all stadium areas remain secure and safe for supporters.
- Identifying facility defects, reporting stock shortages, and collaborating across departments to deliver an exceptional matchday experience.
About you
We are looking for someone who has experience of working as part of a team, a proven track record of delivering high standards of work within a specific deadline and ideally an understanding of COSHH. If you have experience of working in a large facility or carrying out cleaning tasks, this would be great, however this is not essential.
