Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week, to include evenings and weekends

Lead operational excellence and maintain world-class standards across our sites
- Maintain our facilities to a world-class level, ensuring an impeccable environment for players, staff, and visitors.
- Lead and mentor large teams, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and clear communication.
- Drive efficiency across both the stadium and training ground, ensuring all maintenance and cleaning standards exceed expectations.
- Champion a proactive safety-first mindset, ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, including COSHH.
