Brighton/Suncrest Hospice is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide on-call hospice care in patients' homes, facilities, and hospitals. Evening, day, and weekend shifts are available, and admissions and on-call duties are central to the role.
You must hold a current RN license in good standing with at least one year of hospice or end-of-life care experience and be comfortable coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, patient-centered support.
