Exams Invigilator in Basingstoke

Brighton Hill Community School is looking to recruit reliable, professional and committed Examinations Invigilators to support the delivery of public and internal examinations throughout the academic year. This is an important role that helps ensure examinations are conducted fairly, securely and in accordance with awarding body regulations, enabling students to perform at their best. About the Role Working under the direction of the Examinations Officer and Lead Invigilators, you will assist in the smooth running of examination sessions. Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising students during examinations.
• Ensuring examination regulations are followed at all times.
• Distributing and collecting examination papers and materials.
• Maintaining a calm, quiet and secure examination environment.
• Assisting with the preparation of examination rooms.
• Supporting students, including those with approved access arrangements.
• Reporting any issues or concerns to the Lead Invigilator or Examinations Officer
