The role

We have a superb opportunity for a Spa Reception Supervisor to join the team. As Reception Supervisor you will be required to assist in ensuring every guest receives the ultimate in customer service and being the first point of contact, possess an engaging and friendly personality, always looking to go the extra mile.

Experience as a Receptionist with a minimum of 2 years in a Spa reception role. Trained in the use of OPERA and Premier core, though full training will be provided. Excellent standard of English, both written and spoken.
