We are seeking an ambitious, highly driven Cluster Director of Sales to lead the commercial growth of our two distinctive Sussex based hotels located in Brighton and Chichester. This is a hands-on, proactive sales leadership role focused on generating new business, building strong local market presence, and developing strategic corporate relationships across the wider group portfolio.
The successful candidate will be a visible ambassador for both hotels, embedding themselves within the local business communities while simultaneously managing and growing key corporate accounts, agency partnerships, and group-wide commercial opportunities. This is not a desk-based sales role; we are looking for someone who thrives on networking, prospecting, relationship building, and creating revenue opportunities through direct engagement.
You will work closely with both General Managers and the respective sales teams to develop and execute sales and marketing plans that support the overall objectives of both properties. You will foster a positive sales culture built around collaboration, continuous improvement and commercial excellence, playing an active role in identifying and nurturing emerging sales talent, helping in developing high levels of performance, accountability and engagement across both hotels and sales teams.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded sales leader who enjoys being out in the market, creating opportunities, and driving revenue growth through genuine relationship building and strategic business development.
