The Housekeeping Supervisor will support the strategic initiatives and objectives of the housekeeping department, supervise day‑to‑day operations, and ensure that all guests receive memorable experiences. You will act as an ambassador for the hotel, embodying the company vision, mission and values, while treating colleagues with respect, dignity and fairness.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Head Housekeeper to maintain the Leonardo standard in the hotel.
- Train new team members, ensuring everyone feels confident in their role.
