Type: PAYE Fixed Term Contract, Variable Hours

Reports to: Box Office Manager, Deputy Box Office Manager

Proposed working schedule: Late April to May 31st - approx. 4 days per week (throughout Monday and Sunday). Working hours between 12pm and 10pm, working from 6 to 7.5 hours with an additional 30 minute unpaid lunchbreak. Please note, this is a proposed schedule and days may be reallocated. There may be potential of additional hours dependent on Box Office workload.

Salary: £12.89 per hour + Holiday Pay (12.07%)

Job Purpose: To work as part of an effective sales team, providing efficient ticket sales and information services for Brighton Fringe 2026 and to provide, and maintain, a high degree of customer satisfaction.

PLEASE NOTE: Applicants MUST have weekend and evening availability during May in order to meet the requirements of the role.
