Brighton Dome seeks an experienced Director of Development to provide strategic leadership for fundraising across Brighton Dome & Festival. You will work with the CEO and Board to review strategy, secure funding from donors, sponsors and patrons, and grow philanthropic activity to meet KPI targets.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record in major gift programs within arts or charity settings, delivering sustained impact and long-term engagement with supporters.
