Position Overview
3 days per week
Salary range – £28,840 – £32,679 per annum, pro rata
Fixed‑term contract for up to 10 months
Hybrid working available

Brighton Dome & Brighton Festival offers an unusually diverse and exciting environment in which to work, particularly on the annual international Brighton Festival that takes place all over the city and its surrounding area for the month of May.
Key Responsibilities
- The Producer will work closely with the Directors of Programming & Participation and Festival Executive Producer to realise the multi-artform programming of theFestival and year-roundDomeprogramme.
- This role is advertised as 3 days a week, but we are open to hearingfrom you if you are balancing other roles or freelance projects that might mean flexibility in your availability.
- This role includes significant focus towards Festival delivery, therefore requires attendance at festival meetings (on Thursdays), and to work full time hours around the festival delivery period (with Time Off In Lieu afterwards).We are happy to discuss flexible work patterns. Please note we are also open to someone applying for this on a freelance basis or who might want to take a sabbatical from their current role.

- Collaborative and has demonstrable experience of programming, producing within a fast-paced environmentwith experience in budget management, negotiating, overall scheduling, event delivery and coordination and programme administration.
