We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our small HR Department on a temporary basis to cover a period of maternity leave. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the HR team to ensure that all HR administration is completed quickly and accurately and to keep our HR system up to date with employee changes.

In addition, you will need to monitor the HR e-mail inboxes, answer queries, draft letters, carry out research and produce reports from the HR system.

We are looking for a team player that has excellent communication skills, be able to work on their own initiative, have experience of using both Excel and Word, be able to work to deadlines and have experience of working in a busy office environment.
