Job Type: Fixed Term Contract Brighton College is seeking to appoint a Leisure Duty Manager Apprentice on a fixed-term 18 month contract. Main Purpose of the Role: A Leisure Duty Manager manages the day to day front line operation of a leisure facility and leads a team to ensure that facilities are kept to the highest standard and that exceptional levels of customer service are delivered at all times. Apprenticeship Overview This apprenticeship programme, through Creative Sport and Leisure, covers a duration of 18 months and provides a fantastic opportunity to take your first step into management within the leisure industry. Full training will be given and on successful completion of this apprenticeship the Leisure Duty Manager will be eligible to become a Member of the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA).
