Brighton-Best International is a leading supplier of fasteners, fixings, and industrial gloves, serving customers across the UK from our Cradley Heath operations. We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Sales Account Manager to join our team and help drive continued growth across an established customer base.

The Role

As Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of B2B accounts, building strong customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue. You will work closely with our warehouse and operations teams to ensure customers receive an excellent level of service from enquiry through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop an allocated portfolio of existing accounts
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to grow sales and margin
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries, providing accurate product and pricing information
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth order fulfilment
  • Maintain accurate records of customer activity and pipeline within the CRM

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales or account management role within the fastener or fixings industry — this is essential
  • A solid understanding of fastener products, standards, and customer applications
  • Computer literate, comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and email as part of day-to-day work
  • A confident communicator, able to build and maintain strong customer relationships over the phone and by email
  • Commercially aware, with an understanding of margin and customer value
  • Organised, reliable, and able to manage a varied workload
