The predicted salary is between 38784 - 46049 ÂŁ per year.

Location: Brighton, UK

Hours: Full time or part time hours considered up to a maximum of 1 FTE/37.5 hours per week. Requests for flexible working options will be considered (subject to business need). The minimum requirement for the role is .8 FTE and flexible working requests below this will not be considered.

Grade: 7 starting at ÂŁ38,784 to ÂŁ46,049 per annum, pro rata if part time.

About the role: The role will facilitate and ensure the smooth running of the day‑to‑day operations of the Business School, as well as oversee and manage complex projects within the remit of “operations.” The role will work closely with members of the Professional Services and Faculty Senior Leadership Team, to support the delivery of the School’s objectives, via all matters arising in relation to the area of operations. A degree of creativity and innovativeness is welcome in this role, as the post holder will be encouraged to identify opportunities for continuous improvement through operational aspects of the functioning of the School, as well as event logistics and planning.

About you: You will have demonstrable experience with regard to HR, finance, health & safety and infrastructure. The ability to successfully manage stakeholders of all levels is imperative to this role as well as a track record of delivering excellent customer service, ideally in relation to students and academics.
