Grade 4 starting at £26,093 to £29,588 per annum, pro rata if part time. This role is not eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route.

About the role
The Student Placement Coordinator (Primary Care) will provide clerical and administrative support to the Quality and Placements team. This team is responsible for delivering high quality primary care placements across the undergraduate programme and ensuring their smooth and effective coordination.
You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across the medical school to provide support, information and guidance in all matters relating to primary care placement provision.
About you
Ideally, you will have relevant working experience in an administrative and/or coordination role within a dynamic, busy environment. You will have the skills to manage your own workload and prioritise tasks as appropriate as well as the ability to work in an agile way. A good command of MS Suite will be required for the post, therefore we are seeking competency in this area.
You will be a clear and confident communicator to effectively work with the team, line management, and stakeholders, and show commitment to providing high levels of service. You will have strong planning and organisational skills to meet the demands of the role according to the annual academic cycle with a willingness to also work flexibly where required through periods of change or growth.
An interest/curiosity in the NHS and GP placement landscape for Undergraduate Medical Education is expected.
