You will deliver engaging, inspirational and effective coaching sessions to our youth development phase players within our category 1 boys academy. You will identify the needs of individual groups and tailor your delivery as appropriate. It is essential that you create a highly professional environment for each session, and always adhere to safeguarding guidelines. Your coaching background We are looking for someone who has experience of academy football coaching. It is essential that you have a clear understanding of the Academy system and the professional football environment. You will be an engaging coach and an excellent demonstrator and be enthusiastic about player development.
