In this role you will be responsible for identifying and monitoring player talent within the London region, focusing on Academy and Grassroots players in the U14-U16 age groups. Throughout the season, you will attend fixtures regularly, during weekends and evenings, to ensure thorough regional coverage. Accurate, detailed, and timely records of all matches attended will be maintained, with reports shared via the Academy scouting database. Using the Club’s approved match and player reporting formats, you will produce high-quality player reports to support our recruitment objectives.
Your scouting background: We’re seeking a highly perceptive individual with a sharp eye for emerging talent and a well-established network within the football community. You’ll bring a deep understanding of the rules and regulations that govern player recruitment, along with proven expertise in the structure and strategy of youth football development.
