Role: Ticketing Operations Manager
Hours : Full time, 35 hours per week plus all matchdays (time in lieu after 5 matchdays)

We are looking for a ticketing operations manager to play a key role in all event setup across all commercial areas, including but not limited to general admission and corporate areas for men’s first team, women’s first team and development squad fixtures, as well as other club run events at the stadium, fan zone or external venues. You will help ensure the club remains at the forefront of technical innovation in ticketing operations. You will also be the primary point of contact for third parties hiring the stadium for other ticketed events such as assisting with setup, testing and delivery for UEFA Women’s Euros and Rugby World Cup.
On a matchday you will oversee the key systems including ticketing and access control, ensuring supporters smooth entry to the stadium.

About you
Our ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of ticketing systems available in the market, along with back-office experience in ticketing, access control, and payment systems. This role also involves team management, so previous experience leading staff in a customer service environment is essential. Strong management skills are a must, including the ability to motivate and support staff under pressure.
