Role: Men's First Team Physiotherapist / Manual Therapist

Hours: Full-time, to include evenings and weekends. This role will include working matchdays.

Location: American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, Lancing BN15 9FP

Contract Type: Permanent

Deadline Day: 23rd April 2025

Start Date: We are looking for this person to start with us at the beginning of the 2025/26 season (pending completion of our safer recruitment checks).

You will work closely with the wider medical team to provide an elite physiotherapy service for our first team squad, utilising strong manual skills and ensuring effective management of all players with regards to their medical needs. We are looking for a skilled individual who will show passion in their work. You will work hard, but the great thing about football is that you will see the results.

What we are looking for:

  • An excellent understanding of biomechanics - knowing how people move and the risk of injuries.
  • Demonstrate strength in manual and hands-on therapy.
  • A bonus if you can speak Spanish and/or French (with good English).
  • Extensive experience in the provision of physiotherapy within an elite sporting environment - ideally overseas.
  • A vibrant individual with a positive attitude and a team player.

We will require you to either hold an Advanced Trauma Medical in Football (ATMIF) certificate or be willing to obtain either before or within probation period.
