Come and support our training ground operation. We are seeking individuals to help ensure events at our Training Ground in Lancing run safely and smoothly. In this role, you will support the Club in delivering effective and safe management of academy matches and event days. You will need to be adaptable and ready to take on a variety of positions and responsibilities across different areas of the Training Ground.
About you
If you enjoy interacting with lots of people, have excellent communication skills, and take pride in being a reliable team player, then you could be a great fit for our training ground team. You don’t need to hold any qualifications or have any previous experience as full training will be provided ahead of your first matchday. Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be 18 years or older.
