You will combine strategic thinking with operational excellence, ensuring the Academy continues to evolve and perform at the highest level.
With responsibility for developing and implementing a high-quality coaching programme, this role is perfect for a leader passionate about shaping the next generation. We are looking for a forward-thinking leader with a proven track record in youth development. You will have a comprehensive understanding of the academy functions, mastering everything from FA audit compliance to football business and budget management.
More than just a manager, you are an exceptional communicator who drives a culture of continuous improvement, balancing this ambition with a pragmatic, humble approach. To be successful in this role you must hold FA Safeguarding Children certificate, and ideally UEFA A License.
