Assist us in maintaining the highest standards of security at our club. This role will lead the club sanctions process, ensuring evidence is accurately captured, gathered and reported. You will lead on investigations by setting appeal and sanction review meetings, producing letters, and liaising with stakeholders. On a matchday you will be at the centre of the operation in the control room, working with the team on live incidents, blocking accounts and logging/investigating issues as they arise.

As an Investigations Officer, you will need to support on multiple cases at one time, so it is essential that you are organised with the ability to prioritise your workload. Accuracy is key in this role, as you will be responsible for maintaining precise and thorough records throughout the investigative process.
